Wines of the World delivers engaging learning experiences catering to wine enthusiasts and professionals alike. The experience is designed to deepen participants' wine knowledge and explore wines from various regions. There are no digital slide decks, no required outside study, and no final exams, making it an enjoyable and stress-free wine education journey. The courses are presented in an easily digestible, high-energy format, ensuring a fun and judgment-free learning experience. Wines of the World is divided into two parts. Part 2 comprises four 3-hour classes focusing on understanding the main wine styles from Bordeaux, California, Italy, Spain, Chile, Argentina, and South Africa. Participants will learn to confidently decant and serve wines following Sommelier Service Standards and develop proficiency in a systematic wine-tasting approach, experiencing 24 high-quality wines during the course. Also, students will learn how fortified wine production processes impact various wine styles, identify and remedy wine faults, and enhance food and wine pairing skills.
