Through a guided wine tasting and food pairing session, you will understand the basic components of both food (acids, fats, proteins etc.) and wine (acidity, alcohol, tannins etc.) and how they interact with each other. This will help you make better choices when choosing wine in a restaurant or creating memorable dining experiences at home.
Led by Joanna Abendroth, DipWSET, a passionate wine expert, this immersive experience takes you deep into the realm of flavour, texture, and aroma. The selection of wines from all over the world will be matched with different food samples aiming to help you understand the food and wine pairing principles and discover your own palate preferences.
