Preparing for the Holidays: Food & Wine Pairing MasterClass

Join us on Thursday, December 7th at 6:00pm – 9:30pm in our new Zürich location! We will taste five small gourmet dishes with perfectly paired wines during this experience.  Learn what works and what doesn’t when it comes to food and wine pairing!  We give you time at the start and conclusion of the event to get to know the other event participants and meet new wine-loving friends.  This event is a judgment-free learning experience, and no prior wine knowledge is required!

Our MasterClass facilitator, Joe B, will bring food and wine pairing to life with his extensive background in the subject.  Joe earned his Certified Sommelierqualification from the Court of Master Sommeliers – Europe, achieved the Level 4 Diploma in Wines from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET), graduated from the Burgundy School of Business Wine & Spirits MBA Program, and is an Italian, French, Spanish, and Sherry Wine Scholar with the Wine Scholar Guild.  Joe is preparing to further his wine education by pursuing admission into the Master of Wine Program and the Advanced Sommelier qualification.

We will host this experience at the new Zürich Wine Academy at Werdstrasse 8, 8004 Zürich. The Academy is only 50 meters from the Stauffacher tram station, across from the FCZ Fanshop.

This MasterClass is exclusive, so space is limited. We do this to allow you to have an intimate discussion with our wine expert and to drive the conversation to topics you want to learn about and discuss. It's the ideal environment to learn, connect with like-minded people, and make new friends. Hope to see you there!
