Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us directly. We can accommodate rescheduling up to 24 hours in advance. For cancellations, you will receive a full refund if notified at least 48 hours prior to your session. If cancelled within 48 but more than 24 hours before your session, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
